Dear Mr Baker

I write in connection with your email dated June 22, 2009, which was
received by this office on June 22, 2009 requesting the following
information:

What is the police commisioner for Devon and Cornwall constabulary's
expenses for the last 5 years

Your request for information has now been considered and I am not obliged
to supply the information you have requested. I can confirm that Devon and
Cornwall Constabulary holds the information you have requested. Devon &
Cornwall Constabulary does not have a Police Commisioner. I have taken you
to mean the Chief Constable Stephen Otter. This information is exempt by
virtue of section 21 because our Chief Constables' expenses are available
on our website at the following link
