FRAUD - DELIBERATE LOSS OF EVIDENCE ROYAL COURTS OF JUSTICE

Dear Sir or Madam,

Who checks that an Appeals Tribunals decision has been executed
fairly ?As I and many others ,have been caused injustice. Nobody
appears to be in charge resolving ??!! They use legal and medical
persons names to pretend they are them on a remit . Often documents
are not signed .Surely fraudulent?

Dear SSAC DWP New Court,

Do you think haven't been ??!!!!! Where is official not on remit or
contract dealing with discretionary and ethical issues or are we
not in a democracy? Need urgent meeting as needs to be oral as I am
dyspraxic and confused with legal expert witness as THE RCJ are
acting illegally . Apparently stats show that . This is second time
since 2001/2 ??!! How many others suffered ?Do you not understand
how serious this is??!!

Dear Sir or Madam,

Who sees that the administration of Benefits and the Tribunal
Service carries out the decision made as I have spent years trying
to find out . What I have found there is noone legal overseeing
their maladministration to point it is now corrupted . Who is able
to resolve problems and injustice when staff for Government appear
to be on remits not to.This I have just had from Parliamentary
Ombudsman who just reitterate their role and what can't do??Then
blame and so rude put phone down .In a democracy?

NB

I am coming to the Home Office to resolve all problems of
organisations everywhere functioning like call centres with no
discretion . In a democratic country is the Home Office trying to
dodge the issue . Typical . Why lack integrity ? How do you intend
resolving as you seem incapable of knowing what is right or
wrong?So will have to go to PM's office as IFO has same
unreasonable structure .

Perhaps this arrogant person would have the decency to point me in
the right direction or does he know a there is no regulation, and
that monitoring to ascertain there no corruption or bias with
taxpayers money, doesn't exist .

Does he not think it is serious working fo ran organisation that is
set up to resolve , taking a wage for maladministrating as has no
knowledge of named officers.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Why are data , access & compliance dealing with this serious issue
- typical Is it legal to have noone legal overseeing that
judgements are carried out & as for letter just received where
you've deliberately misinterpreted what was said oh dear . As for
Judicial review you've all deliberately destroyed evidence so you
do not have to address your illegal actions which police refuse to
address too . Surely fraud?So request an Internal Review . Will you
be contracting them in?

Dear Sir or Madam,

Is this a democratic society or fascist regime?What date was my
question asked & how has the issue been resolved or are you only
interested in process with no discretion ? Why have you said on
system am Appealing when it is Nottingham defrauding not giving the
backdating and Admin court who sent all documents unsigned by the
legal person maladministrating time -- I have a legal expert
witness German who is horrified who says emigrate. . I am not I
want litigation but without my evidence dating back to 1997 NB
Affadavit that Royal Courts of Justice deliberately destroyed I
don't think going to get a FAIR HEARING ??!! Already ignored
CARDIAC symptons resulting in CARDIAC ARREST !!!This is
professional and medical negligence that the lawyers refuse to help
with. Why ??!!Are they lining their pockets too??!!Who not on remit
or contract is going to sort this out?
