have in place regarding the fragmentation of existing rights of way
networks caused by changes to rights of way (for example,
reclassification, extinguishing, traffic restriction orders).

about guidelines, policies or advice that Gloucestershire County Council
has in place regarding the fragmentation of existing rights of way

The County Council's policy is detailed as Appendix F in our Local
Transport Plan, which is available on our website at

The Gloucestershire Local Access Forum, which is a statutory advisory
group, are currently intending to look at the fragmentation of existing
rights of way networks, and will be offering advice to us when they
report. This is expected to be within the next year. Details of the Forum,
