Information Act 2000. I can confirm that Hertfordshire County Council does
hold the information you have requested, and can respond as follows:

'See attached documents, which include the information that you have asked
for. Please note, names and third party personal data have been redacted
in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Foster carers are not
entitled, by law, to child benefit (or child tax credit) for any child
that they foster, therefore these benefits are not included in Fostering
Allowances.

'
