Forced Adoption/Family Court Corruption

After reading these boards and following link to the name & shame website, why am I not surprised at what I find is happening to this poor woman, what did she expect joining the Tories? did she really expect them to care about anything other than themselves?

This is why everybody I know votes Lib Dem.

'Maidstone Borough Council staff & cllrs are very concerned at what is happening to families and children ,many support Cllr Williams although she may not believe this to be the case, in her efforts to support her grandchildren who continue to suffer at the hands of KCC. She spoke out at a scrutiny committee about the abuses within our own council against children after she had been asked to state her reasons to be able to grant a child a free place on a holiday playscheme(Hotfoot) from her devolved budget, and asked to complete a social services referral form on these children which sort her opinion on these families. She refused.(but the webcast was not be working and the minutes removed). Common Purpose is alive and well in Maidstone but no cllr or staff dares to mention it.

Hounded by the Conservatives to stand,it is well known that she wasn’t even a member when she was first elected and only put up as a paper candidate. The common purpose lead Kent Messenger wont print the fact that she resigned from the Conservative Party because of the abuses of her own granddaughters within Kent including the finger printing of young children in school for their library system without parental consent, which she raised with everybody including Paul Carter and leader at Maidstone.

Common knowledge that Eric Hotson the now deputy mayor forged paperwork that suggested that she had joined the Conservative Party when she had only signed for herself . KCC Paul Carter lied to her bare faced when confronted with the truth about not following correct procedures with her grandchildren and others, she was threatened with being labelled mad if she went to the press. She was told outright by the then leader of the Tories Eric Hotson that she could not raise Forced Adoption at the so-called scrutiny meetings which are in any case officer led and a complete waste of time and money, So much for being able to raise any issue.

The only crime she has been guilty of is caring previously for her granddaughters and pointing out the lack of support being offered to families by KCC, taking KCC to the LGO on educational matters of children being forced to go to school aged 4, objecting to biometric finger printing of children as young as 4 without parental consent including her own daughter at Loose Infant School. The governor of Loose Junior School and Greenfield’s Infants School who both introduced the system is Alan Chell a detested KCC cllr who had previously covered the backs of social workers when they had not followed correct procedures witnessed by Cllr Marion Ring concerning the abuse of families including the abuse of funds and lack of financial support.

There has been and is a very personal vendetta against Cllr Williams both prior to and after her election by KCC and many but not all of the Tories who run it.'

HISTORY

This sorry story dates back to the six years 1960-1966 when I was a Kent County Councillor and a mother came to me for help because social workers had taken away her son, Trevor, aged 12 (and of near-genius IQ) because he got bored at school and played truant! She was denied all contact and when I asked where he was and if, as the mother's elected representative, I could at least see him myself I was told to mind my own business! I found him at a special private school (owned by the deputy leader of the Labour Party at the time) that was charging exorbitant fees more than 3 times those charged at ETON or HARROW! Young Trevor informed me that the boys were paid the sum of one shilling (5p) when required to sleep with any of their ‘over affectionate’ teachers at this very ‘special’ children's home! Eventually after acrimonious debates in the Council chamber and a court action he was returned to his mother and I was asked to help many other parents whose children had been removed for absurd reasons.

I applied in court for the discharge of care orders. I called the parents and sometimes the children themselves as witnesses in court against my own Council and I never lost a case so I was not best popular with my colleagues and the social workers! However after 6 years of neglecting my language school (then in Ramsgate) I decided not to stand at the next election as I really had to earn my living and look after my family so I reluctantly gave up the battle for a time.

In 2004 there was suddenly a lot of publicity when it was admitted that thousands of children had been wrongly taken from mothers who had been diagnosed with Munchausen’s Syndrome, meaning that mothers who took their children to hospital too often were deliberately hurting them to draw attention to themselves. This was one of the absurd notions of the now discredited Professor Meadows which had no scientific basis that could possibly justify attributing the syndrome to so many unfortunate women. Worse still was his completely unproved theory that two cot deaths in the same family were 70 million to one! Hundreds of women were condemned for murder. Their surviving children and babies born subsequently were taken away and given for adoption by strangers. Only later was it realised that genetic factors made it far more likely for cot deaths to repeat in the same family than elsewhere and odds reduced to about 60 to 1.

These cases were in the Criminal Courts so they got fully reported and this provoked me to write to the Daily Mail detailing some of my experiences on Kent County Council all those years ago. They published my letter and I was surprised subsequently to receive several requests from mothers and parents trying to recover - and in some cases just to contact - children snatched from them by Social Services. I am now comfortably off, my 7 children are adult and I am in my seventies, with the time and still with the energy to once again take up the battle with Social Services!

Presentation: Child Stealing by the State

Uncovering a conspiracy between public authorities, Social Services, the Police, courts and Government to unlawfully take children from their parents, and pass them into a frightening and often abusive Social Services system. This system is so powerful that local councillors cannot challenge their own Social Services departments about their actions.

Synopsis

In Britain today, a secret court system is stealing and trafficking people’s children. The author Jack Frost summed it up in his book “Gulag of the Family Courts”. Other journalists have described it as – “Child Stealing by the State”.

When a small community newspaper, ‘the UK Column’, was set up in Plymouth to expose massive public sector fraud and corruption, the volunteers had no idea of what was to come. They were shocked at reports of child stealing sent in by parents from across Britain.

In the beginning it was hard to accept some stories as true. Some mothers and fathers appeared traumatised. Could their claims be believed? And then the first mother with evidence arrived in the UK Column office. Ring files of letters, emails and court documentation. The evidence was overwhelming – lies, false evidence, perjury, false psychiatric assessments, kidnapping, psychological pressure, police threats, blatant collusion of defence and prosecution legal teams against the parent, failure to prosecute the perpetrators of medical incompetence and child abuse, and blatant victimisation of the innocent parent – the mother.

Most distressing of all was that the courts had taken absolutely no notice of the child’s own wishes - there existed a brutal conspiracy between public authorities, Social Services, the Police, courts and Government. That conspiracy still exists, and so does the evidence.

In the latest case brought to the UK Column, a young Down’s syndrome girl was repeatedly raped and abused, causing physical injury. The abusers were known and identified by the girl, but no charges were ever brought. Instead her mother who fought to protect her daughter and seek justice was committed to a psychiatric unit. Are these cases mistakes, or failures of the care and family court system? The facts suggest otherwise, and they are reinforced by ‘template’ cases reported from across the UK, Europe and the USA. The events are planned and orchestrated, with support and common purpose at the highest levels.

Within secret family courts, under the total control of a single Judge, who knowingly or unknowingly relies on false evidence, children are being unlawfully taken from their parents, and are passed into a frightening and often abusive Social Services system. This system is so powerful and secretive that not even elected councillors can challenge the actions of their own Local Authority Social Services department. The child snatch cases are gagged under family court confidentiality rules and data protection. The victimised parents and children are denied justice in a corrupt and circular appeal process, which is also held in secret.

In helping parents and children tell their stories, the UK Column has received no less than four injunctions, preventing detailed reporting. In one recent court case, regarded by those present as biased against the mother, the court used the Peter Wright MI5 ‘Spycatcher’ official secrets act case as the precedence case to prevent the mother publishing her story of child kidnap. When other parents reported that SS officials were like emotionless ‘little robots’, the truth began to unfold. Hear the full truth at AVIII.

i didnt know half of what i have just read its helped me no end im now writing official letters to mps will keep u updated i lost my children becouse kcc (GRAVESEND) they place my children with a pedophile (yes he is now convicted and serving 11 years for 3 counts of rape on a 12 year old (my daughter)
who was only saved from him as a result of getting her pregnant she went on to have my grandaugher who then was stolen to forced adoption (SO YES FORCED ADOPTION DOES HAPPEN) THE SOCIAL WORKER INVOLVED ADMITTED FROM HIS MOUTH THAT HE LIED IN COURT TO GET THE FREEING FOR ADOPTION ORDER THEY ARE ALL CURRUPT IN MY EYES THE ABOVE SITUATION COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED my children told me what he was doing on contact i told the la they disbelieved me also school teachers alligations said i was suffering with a metal illness now been assesed as total sane social workers are not qualified to make this kind of judgement. never ever had an appoligy and think i deserve that at least they helped abuse my daughter by placing her at risk and should be made accountable for their actions.

During the 1970s and first half of the 1980s those Councillors who sat on Social Services Committees had the authority, at the behest of Social Workers, to strip parents of their parental rights, i.e. to pass Parental Rights Resolutions. This they did with enthusiasm!
Parents were supposed to be told in advance of the intention to apply for a Resolution. If they objected, the case was supposed to go to Court. However many parents claimed not to have heard of the intention until it was too late to object, whilst others were far too afraid of the POWER of Social Services to object.

I haven't been able to discover via the Internet when this practice ended, but it is interesting to note, via the Internet, that since those days at least 3 Councillors and one MP have run foul of Social Social Services.

Just would like to add that the adoptive parents that i had my children were told lies by the social worker, they were told that i beat my child and that i was promiscuous. would they adopt these children if they knew the truth ? they are stubborn to see it any other way apart from that they are adopting an abused child.
My child was depressed from losing his mother, how can social services do this to a child, that is pure neglect of childs best interest, especially when there is no abuse.

My daughter (of 11 months old) has been snatched from me by Wirral Social Services!
I can name them because I have not been warned yet by the court of my running the offence of contempt of court, but don't worry I,m in court tomorrow seeking more contact, and expect to be given a gagging order then by them.
I intend to campaign through all unions and expose this disgraceful practice all help will be forthcoming, from many quarters once my fight is over!!!

My Granddaughter was born in the U.S.A. on 26th May 2002 after her
Mother went into premature labour 3.5 months early
on a beach in Mexico. Her parents were transported by
Air ambulance to University of San Diego hospital where the labour
could not be halted. The little one was born by
emergency ceaserian section weighing in at just 2lb 6oz. The baby
stayed in intensive care for 10 weeks
during which time I visited the new family and tried to help
support them. She had only a 50% chance of survival. It
cost Barclays travel insurance over $1 million for her intensive
care. In August 2002 she was flown by Air Ambulance
from San Diego to Newcastle Upon Tyne where we were told we would
have a problem getting her into the British
system because she came into the U.K. without a passport and holds
an American Birth certificate only.
We were at a loss as to how, at a time of heightened national
security, S.A.G.A, working on behalf of Barclays
insurance could have managed to bring her into the UK illegally.
From Newcastle she was brought by ambulance to
Lancaster Royal Infirmary and later discharged. Finally we had her
home. As a caring family we all cared for her and
loved her, she was and still is the centre of our Universe.

On Jan 03, 2003 she was admitted to hospital with a severe chest
infection, remaining there for a few days and then sent home
with a broken femur. I asked for a full inquiry into how this could
have occurred. A locum pedeatrician at Lancaster
diagnosed "Non-accidental Injuries" and Social Services took out an
interim care order; accusing the family of child abuse.
We asked them to wait until doctors in San Diego could be
consulted. We were refused. We endured 8 months of child care
proceedings and had to fight the system. When San Diego Doctors
finally sent e-mails to her Mother stating that she had been
born with significant OOP ( osteopenia of prematurity); a bone
condition which effects premature infants.

We had been told that if one of six family members did not admit to
hurting her she would be placed for adoption.
We were all questioned by police regarding child abuse, including
her great grandfather who had lost his wife (my Mother) a few months
previously
to terminal cancer. Police asked him why he came to visit us so
regularly?

After 8 months the family court dispersed the child protection case
to Australia, where after a few weeks it was disposed
of as a waste of their time and resources. We had seen her for only
2 hours
per week for 8 months, under social services supervision. Some
weeks we didn't see her at all because social services
didn't have enough staff. We went through hell.

Had it not have been for the arrival into the UK, from Australia of
her maternal grandmother, social services would have
removed her from her birth family -she was still being breast fed
at the time, and social services had no mother and child
foster provision to place her in. Her Australian granny oversaw her
care 24/7 without respite for 8 months; preventing them
from being able to take our granddaughter away.

We were made to prove our innocence and treated like criminals. The
social workers were so set on an agenda of 'baby for
adoption' that one even changed the wording of the Australian
social worker's report to try and mislead the Court. Pergery
of a document admitted to court. Social services went to great
length to protect her from the mixed-race paternal family.
Later, when we complained, they admitted partially discriminating
against us on racial grounds. They were not compliant with
The Amended Race Relations Act, and had inadequate policies in
place.

Our suffering and sense of loss was immense. We had all endured 8
months of hell. We celebrated when the Family Court
judge said we could bring her home and her parents could then take
her to be with her Australian family. We were sad
to see them go but relieved that social services had to let go. She
had been neglected by the NHS, we had been falsely
accused, and yet she did not become another of the thousands of
children who have been wrongly removed from their birth
families and illegally adopted in the UK. Our one saving grace was
American Doctors' e-mails and the fact that she is an
American Citizen with no claim to British Citizenship until her
parents are married, which to date they are not.
Had social services placed her for adoption to a UK couple they
would have contravened international law.

We have exhausted all the complaints procedures only to either be
ignored or fobbed off. The NHS were presented with our
formal complaint along with the police in December 06 and to date
the NHS has not answered our complaint. Social services
have refused to answer the Australian complaint and the police have
not addressed our concerns either. My Husband who
works for Cumbria Constabulary has, twice in the last two years,
faced disciplinary action directly associated with this case
and could lose his job after 6 months of investigation into his
alleged misconduct at work. The authorities are now hell bent
on making us criminals. Not one family member has ever been
prosecuted or charged with any offense yet we are listed
on a secret police intelligence computer as 'prospective child
abusers'. We have requested the removal of our names and been
refused. My Son, his daughter and her Mother do not feel safe to
return to the UK, as the social worker has said he will
get her next time. It has cost us approx £25,000 and the Australian
family the loss of their home, business and caused the
family unit of 30 years to almost breakdown. We fear that due to
the stress of it all her parents relationship will not endure
much longer. The good name and character of our families has been
tarnished and I can no longer function normally day to
day. I lost my jobs, and fear my husband will soon lose his. We
will be forced to sell our home and leave the UK in the
near future. Institutionally racist Cumbrian Authorities have done
us and our granddaughter nothing but harm and they are not
even going to be dealt with, for this huge miscarriage of justice.

Non can intervene in individual cases or right the wrongs of the
flawed family courts. The only chance we have of justice,
is to go to the European Courts with others who
have had their families torn apart. We are fortunate we still have
our granddaughter. The sad reality is that the UK child protection
racket is nothing more than a liscence
for the Family Law Franchises to make money, at tax payers expense
and rip innocent families apart for financial gain. Sadly while vital
recourses are wasted on innocent families, children who really need
protection are being abused. Many thousands of pounds
of tax payers money
have been wasted on this case to protect what was essentially an
illegal immigrant.

US congress are also aware of this case involving one of their
citizens and we intend to tell this story as widely as we
can in three countries in the hope of naming and shaming those who
have deliberately abused us as a family. We want to
raise awareness of this case in the hope that it will highlight the
abuse of innocent families in the UK by Government
Agencies who appear to be a law unto themselves and answerable to
none. We believe that this case sets a president
as American Dr's as well as UK Dr's were involved. If we had relied
on UK Doctors we would have certainly lost her to the
system. The fact remains that she is not even British. The current
system is flawed, open to abuse and damaging or destroying families.
How much longer can this continue? Why do social workers have and
abuse, so much power?

Please excuse spelling or grammatical error. Note. I am not bound
by the Court's gagging orders to be silent as I was never a party to
Proceedings. The parents do not have the same freedom I have to
speak about this, as they are bound by the courts not to
speak about it. I have deliberately concealed names to protect the
innocent. I do feel strongly that this case should be
made public, especially if it raises the profile enough to force
changes to occur in the future and prevent others from
enduring what we have been through. No, family should have to
suffer as we have done.

Incidentally, our family were interviewed re-child abuse by my
husbands work colleagues, is it any wonder we are
still being looked at and treated like criminals by local police?
Policies and procedures have not been followed by Social Services or
the Police.

The BBC are inviting people to come forward with their cases of fored adoption, many will be unable to do so, as they are gagged by the courts , threatened with imprisonment if they speak about their cases, so the BBC have no idea of the volume of cases, due to secrecy and cover up of these corporate crimes.
