Please could you provide the latest food standards Inspection
Reports for food premises on Upper Street and Islington High
Street. These should be the detailed reports as provided to the
food premises. My preference would be to receive these in
electronic format.

In the event that the £450 cost limit be breached by this request,
I would be prepared to narrow the scope and prioritise those
premises with "scores on the doors" of 0, 1 and 2 stars over those
with 3-5 stars.

After discussions with our public protection team, and in order to ensure you receive the exact information you requested, we need to clarify with you whether you require 'food standards' or 'food hygiene' reports as they are different types of document.

Food standards inspections are in the main completed in tandem with a food hygiene inspection at a frequency prescribed in the Code of Practice (England). Food standards inspections look exclusively at labelling, claims etc.

A food hygiene inspection deals with the standard of food hygiene, handling practices and the training of food operatives. The conditions found during the food hygiene inspection are published on the 'Scores on the doors' website.

I notice that Islington Council is not listed on the "Scores on the
Doors" website, either as a current or future contributing council

The section http://eforms.yourlondon.gov.uk/pub/serv... allows you to search the ratings of restaurants in the London boroughs.
