Dear Sir or Madam,
Please can you provide me with the following information for each
of the last three meetings of the Privy Council.
(1) the cost of providing food and drink
(2) who bore the cost
(3) details of the food and drink provided
(4) the name of the suppliers
(5) the number of people attending
(6) the date, time and location of the meeting
My request covers food/drink intended to be consumed by those
attending the meeting, including any refreshments consumed before
the meeting starts, during the meeting or after it finishes.
