Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) disclosure, your reference
F08/07/030
Can you please provide me with an electronic Digital Copier scanned
copy of the 180 page hard-copy FOIA disclosure document, mentioned
online at:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/ex...
This request is being made in accordance with Section 11 of the
FOIA [1] and the Good practice guidance of the ICO.
If you are unwilling to provide a Digital Copier scanned copy of
the 180 page hard-copy FOIA disclosure document, please provide a
list, including brand name and model, of all the Digital Copiers
the Council uses in it's offices/facilities/buildings/departments
etc, whether leased or directly owned.
If you are minded to refuse my request for an electronic Digital
Copier scanned copy of the 180 page hard-copy FOIA disclosure
document, please advise how your refusal would comply with Section
17 of the FOIA. [2]
I do not wish to get a hard copy of any disclosure, I prefer an
electronic copy be sent to me via the email address I am making
this request through. [3]
