FOI tracking system - data held referring to Equalities Office

Jo Simons made this Freedom of Information request to Department for Communities and Local Government

Department for Communities and Local Government did not have the information requested.

From: Jo Simons

31 January 2009

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please provide a copy of information held within the DCLG FOI
tracking system, relating to requests made to the Government
Equalities Office.

I understand that this department was part of DCLG and that DCLG
provides support services.

Specifically,

i) does DCLG provide a FOI tracking system to the Government
Equalities Office,
ii) if not, at what point did the DCLG cease providing such a
service and
iii) please provide a copy of all records held relating to the
Government Equalities Office within the FOI tracking system,
identifying the date requests were made, date answered and subject
of the request.

I am content for any personal information relating to
correspondents to be redacted.

Yours faithfully,

Jo Simons

Dear Jo Simons

Thank you for your request for information to DCLG about GEO's FOI tracking system. This was transferred from DCLG to GEO for reply. Your request was received on 2 February 2009 and I am dealing with it under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. You can expect a reply therefore by 2/03/2009 unless I need to come back to you to clarify your request or the balance of the public interest test needs to be considered.

If you have any queries about this letter, please contact me. Please remember to quote the reference number above in any future communications.

Yours sincerely
