% Tribunal FOI requests = zero

Response: 99.7%

Question 2

The percentage of FOI requests that were escalated to the Information
Commissioner by the requester

Response: 0.1% (5 requests out of 750)

Question 3

The percentage of FOI requests that resulted in a ruling against the
Council by the Information Commissioner/Tribunal.

Response: Zero percent.
