Dear Tewkesbury Borough Council,

Can I please have a breakdown of all expense claims registered by
Tewkesbury Council staff who hold or have held (when leave was
taken) the position of Development Control Manager, Planning
Officer or Building Inspector within the last 12 years.

Expenses should be defined by type of Expense (definition of types
can be made by utilising your own defined types). Individual
expense claims should be listed in such a way that it can be
attributable to specific individuals. If the identification of such
individuals by name is not available (if any data protection
constraints exist) then each record can be listed against a
anonomising unique identifier for each individual which should also
include the Job title of the indivudal. Each record should be dated
using the date that the item of expense was registered and can each
one include a unique identifier (that you use on your system) so
that individual items can be queried at a later stage if need be.

The information should be presented within an Excel spreadsheet if
possible.

Dear Tewkesbury Borough Council,

Hi. At this time the period in which your Council should have
responded to my Freedom of Information request has now passed. As
you should be aware, all authorities subject to the Freedom of
Information regulations must respond within a reasonable timeframe
and apart from when there are extenuating circumstances should
respond within 20 working days. As this appears not to be the case
in this instance can I ask if it possible to get an estimate of the
timeframe in which you intend to answer my FOI request please?
