Freedom of Information Act Request
Dear Essex County Council,
Re: All Infant Class Size Appeals. Intake September 2009: Great
Chesterford School
Regarding the above case, make available copies of all internal and
external communication generated or received either to or from the
following parties:
1. Clerk to the Appeals Panel
2. Panel Members
3. ECC Officers
4. ECC Councillors incl. specifically Cllr Robert Chambers
5. Great Chesterford School
The following record types should be included:
• email / paper correspondence
• Clerk / Panel minutes, meeting papers
• Handwritten review notes
• Criteria and all information relating to how/why the final
decision was reached
I understand the Appeals Panel is a subcontracted service provided
by ECC to the school, and therefore a public body.
Please use electronic means to send the data.
I understand ECC officers have access to network attached Multi
Functional Devices to easily scan/copy/send handwritten documents.
With kind regards
>J.Higham
