of Information Act (2000) on behalf of Middlesbrough PCT and Redcar and

With reference to your Freedom of Information request relating to
contractors and consultants, please find below a response on behalf of
Middlesbrough PCT and Redcar and Cleveland PCT.

Response:

Middlesbrough Primary Care Trust is the host organization to the County
Durham Local Improvement Finance Trust but depending on the nature of the
scheme (and who is leading it) will often determine both the developer and
the construction company if they are not one and the same thing.

The construction companies we have used on projects to date and are using
on current projects are:
