Dear Sir or Madam,
Please could you let me know how many people have applied for
flexible working within your Trust over the past two years and been
accepted / rejected. Can you split this between full-time workers
and part time workers and what Band they are on.
Yours faithfully,
Chris Paul

Dear Mr Perera
Thank you for your Freedom of Information request concerning flexible
working
The Trust can provide the following information:-
Over the last two years less than seven requests for flexible working have
been processed via the Workforce Department. As the numbers are small
individuals could be identified and, therefore, under section 40 of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000, this information is exempt.
It should be noted that there are local arrangements which are in
operation in various departments where staff work flexibly such as
term-time working/job sharing etc and the Trust also has a Flexi Time
Policy which was put in place in order to support staff in having a
healthy work life balance whilst enabling the Trust to deliver required
services.
If you have any queries about this response please contact the information
governance manager at [1][City and Hackney Teaching Primary Care Trust (PCT) request email], in the first instance.
If, following that, you still have any concerns, you may contact the
Information Commissioner either by letter, FOI/EIR Complaints resolution,
Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SM9 5AF, or by email
[2]www.informationcommissioner.gov.uk to take them further.
Yours sincerely
Matthew
