accepted / rejected. Can you split this between full-time workers

further to my acknowledgement email dated 24th September 2008, having contacted the Human Resources Department I am advised that this information is not stored electronically.
Although requests of this nature may have been received, any reference would be within an individual's personal file, figures are not collated centrally.
With the number of staff employed within the NHS Trust to undertake a manual exercise of checking each personal file to ascertain if such a request was received would exceed the £450 compliance limit. As such under Section 12 of the Act, we are not obliged to provide the information to you. We can however comply with our duty to confirm or deny whether we hold the information, by confirming we may hold data from which the requested information may be collated.
