Flooding in potential housing development areas in Arun

Please find our response below:-

What information does the Council hold on:

1. Flooding risk

2. Occurrences of flooding

in the following areas:

A. Site 6 at North Bersted

B. the site of the proposed Ford Eco-Town

C. the possible housing development for 2500 homes in North Bognor

The documents relating to the planning applications for Site 6, the
reports for the Eco-Town, the planning application for Chalcroft lane,
and the Strategic Flood risk assessment are all available on the web and
in the office

D. the possible housing development at Aldingbourne.

You are referring to an area west of Westergate for which as a tentative
scheme in the past we have not been provided with an flood assessment.

Please provide the information held by the Council.

Given the above the information you seek is exempt for the following
reasons either the information is accessible to the applicant by other
means (A to C) or the information is not held by the authority (D)
