1) Please provide details regarding amount of Fixed Penalty Notices
issued to drivers using the Red Carpet Bus Lane in Newport town
centre. Please Break Down In Years like below

2005/2006
2006/2007
2007/2008
2008/2009
2009/2010

2) How many of the Fixed Penalty Notices were paid straight away
and

3) how many times did the IW Council need to take a person to court
to collect payment

4) What is the cost to take a driver to court for not paying the
FPN
