Paul Perrin left an annotation ( 4 June 2009)

I classified this as it had been left.

The local authority refused to give any detailed information on CCTV locations for a number of reasons, citing several different exemptions(!).

IANALY but I think their refusal is a breach of data protection - as you have a right to know when and where you have been recorded so you can ask for copies of tapes.
