fixed CCTV camera locations that Transport for London operate, or
have access to. I'm referring to street CCTV cameras and not
cameras in stations or on buses.

Unfortunately, from the description provided, we cannot identify the
information you requested. It might help us if you could provide a more
detailed description of the information you are seeking as TfL administer
literally thousands of CCTV within the capital. These are used for a
number of purposes including enforcing traffic regulations and monitoring
traffic flows.
In order to ensure TfL provide you with the most useful information could
you be more specific regarding the actual cameras you are interested in.
Please note that the 20 working day deadline for responding to requests
under the Freedom of Information Act will not begin until we receive some
additional information to help clarify your request.

provide you with the exact locations of our CCTV cameras, however, please

A slightly unhelpful response. TfL provide the locations of all of the CCTV cameras that are made available to the public as JamCams as an XML feed here:
https://www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/businessandpa...
This lists about 180 cameras and their locations, which looking at other FOI requests is about 20% of all TfL cameras. Better than nothing though...
