Dear Sir or Madam,

The Care Quality Commission has suggested contacting your
department for answers they also provided a very useful Times link.

Please list all locations of Fixated Threat Assessment Centre's and
all FTAC experts for each centre.

The start-up date for when they came into force, and how many
patients have been admitted since.

The criteria for being admitted to one of these centre's and under
those authority.

The costs involved for services provided to-date.

remit of the Care Quality Commission. I have attached an article
that states "The Fixated Threat Assessment Centre is a joint
imitative between the Metropolitan Police, Home Office and
Department of Health.

Therefore, I would recommend that you contact one of these
organisations for assistance.”
