The request was successful.

From: G. Orwell

Dear Sir or Madam,

Is there independent auditing of the Fixated Threat Assessment
Centre in terms of its assessments of individual members of the
public and their mental health? If so, what organisation or
individuals carry out this audit? If not, why not?

Furthermore, what training do FTAC workers get in the area of
mental health?

Yours faithfully,

G. Orwell
