City of York Council provides to the Leeds Bradford Airport Bus
Service. Additionally, how many passengers does the service carry
on average each month

I can confirm that the City of York Council does not give the Leeds Bradford Airport bus any financial support.

For the number of passengers you will have to approach First York direct. Please be aware, however, that as a private company they are not subject to the Freedom of Information Act.
