Dear Sir or Madam,

I request information showing that you comply with any and all
relevant guidelines for running regular fire drills within the
halls of residence at Aberystwyth University.

In particular I wish to request documents (letters, spreadsheets,
reports) indicating the dates and times these drills have taken
place, plus any safety certificates indicating the premises comply
with guidelines for such accommodation as you provide to students.
