Dear Sir or Madam,

1)Could you please provide details of the average total fines
issued, in pounds sterling, each time the speed camera is situated
at the junction of Retford Road and Beaver Hill Road, Handsworth,
Sheffield.

2)Could you also advise if there are any plans to put a permanent
measure in place to slow traffic down at this location if it is
identified as a problem area, or will it remain a good means of
revenue to be targeted with hidden cameras.

Dear South Yorkshire Safety Camera Partnership,
Under current law, you should have replied to my request for
information on 1st December 2009 by the 31st December 2009. It is
especially disappointing given the strict guidelines you impose on
members of the public which you serve. I am therefore requesting an
internal review.
