regarding the final planning fee for Adventure Forest Ltd, T/A
Go-Ape (planning application 08/553/FUL).
1. The total amount calculated to be paid.
2. A dated copy of the receipt for total fees paid.
3. A dated transaction copy from the accounts department,showing
when the total fee was paid into the account of Chorley Council.

2. No copy receipt was kept at Chorley Council
3. Please see attached file for the transaction copy from the
Finance Department, showing the date the fee was paid to Chorley Council

This reply is unsatisfactory.
The Ledger shows it as -£670,which indicates that the fee was still
outstanding.
Also it is unacceptable that no receipt was issued for this amount
of money.
