Dear Sir or Madam,
Can a bank deposit cheques resulting in further services being
provided as a result of the cheque s registering which wouldn't
have given otherwise .Would like compensation regarding this
because when I put a cheque in cannot draw on it so does not not
show up.
Yours faithfully,
Julie Shrive

THIS IS A PUBLIC REPLY to
Dear Robinson David (COMMS),
The FSA and Ombudsman are continually being contacted . The call
centre misinterprets then leaves you in limbo ?! Who sorts this out
? The Ombudsman has at least 4/5 request s & if you are dyspraxic
that is better orally , or disabled; not treated fairly by
processes which are far too complex & open to abuse.
My problems have been going on since medically targetted into early
retirement by another LA following Thatchers Cuts - now Cut off.
Please bring back Trading Standards never had a problem when there
were full time Managers, not bought in on contract , who were
objective and contactable and sorted problems out in 5 min flat .
NB The same problems are happening in hospitals!! So request a
multidisciplinary Internal Review with you & at Home Office Asked
for Judicial Review HEALTH with MP in 2001?Was maladministrated
then.
Yours sincerely,
Julie Shrive

Dear Sir or Madam,
Sorry this needs further detail ,the cheques were deposited in my
account so I provided further service as a result of this. Then the
bank took the money back leaving me defrauded.
When I deposit money I thought it had to clear before you could
draw on it otherwise there could be an overdraft , so why are they
registering it before it clears ? Surely they should compensate me
but as the Bank causing the problem is investigating they are not
being fair using their marketing tool the call centre to have the
discretionary bias. .
Yours sincerely,
Julie Shrive
