Dear Bridgend Council,
re Fields Group
Quickie Divorce
Fields Associates
Injunction Direct
lifetime Wills
Managed Divorce
Rapid Data
Dataphoenix
Action Direct
Tribunal Action
Visa Application
And dozens of other document spooling websites.
Following a recent court case where a Fields Group solicitor
claimed they have "a good working relationship with Bridgend
Trading Standards going back 5 years " but were mulcted by the
Judge.
The recent conviction in Cardiff Law Courts of Fields Associates ex
head of operations for misrepresentation.
The removal of Fields Group Investor in People status after the
Welsh Assembly records had been found to be wrong.
And
The serving of High Court Injunctions by Fields (who claim to serve
10% of all Injunctions issued annually ) which resulted in my
sustaining head and neck injuries and being hospitalised after
being pushed by Fields process server.
The fact that there have been many out of court refunds and
settlements given to some of their victims who have complained
through the website www.data-recovery-blog.co.uk and
www.data-recovery.com
I would like to know how many complaints against the Fields Group
that Trading Standards has investigated in the last 5 years have
actually resulted in a refund or compensation being paid and in
which years.
Yours faithfully,
A Butler

update 16th - June
Fields Group have regained their Investor in People accreditation.
UK Digital Solutions (a Fields Group Ltd Company) IP Address used in PPC fraud against competitors.
The victims forum is still offline awaiting the outcome of legal action brought by Fields Group companies and it's MD
Fields Group accept £160,000 of Welsh grants and loan £250,000 to company in Thailand.
Sector Domination Through Unrelenting Growth has put many competitors at a trading disadvantage
Most consumers unaware that data recovery reports sold by Fields declaring "no recovery possible" are misleading.
It has been proven they are recoverable but consumers believe the 10 page reports, this denies competitors bidding for the work in the first place the chance to make a living and keeps Fields at the top of google since they are selling paper.

Thankyou for the reply.
I very much doubt that 571 is anywhere near the actual number affected. Since most consumers do not know how they were talked into paying for a non working or incompatable part yet invoiced as an unsuccessful "forensic recovery".
I wonder how many complaints Fields settle per year that do not reach TS after giving their clients the runaround?
Most consumers are left in turmoil for several weeks and even many months even years.
Very few report their misfortunes.
