Dear (Sir's),

A fiduciary duty is a legal or ethical relationship of confidence
or trust between two or more parties , most commonly a fiduciary or
trustee and a principal or beneficiary.

In a fiduciary relation one person justifiably reposes confidence,
good faith , reliance and trust in another whose aid, advice or
protection is sought in some matter. In such a relation good
conscience requires one to act at all times for the sole benefit
and interests of another, with loyalty to those interests.

This is NOT happening in HMCS and a clear conflict of interest
prevail between ‘professionals’ within local authorities and the
families comprising of men/women/offspring(children)they claim to
re-pre-sent to the state.

What information does your department hold about your fiduciary
duty and is this to the people. i.e. real men/women/their
offspring(children) or to the Crown i.e. City of London.

yours Truly,

William:Sterling

Dear Mr Sterling,

Thank you for your e-mail of 28 October.

The Legal Services Complaints Commissioner is an independent,
government-appointed regulator. The Commissioner's main powers on
appointment in 2004 were in the Access to Justice Act 1999 at sections
51 and 52, and Schedule 3 to the Act.

As the Office of the Legal Services Complaints Commissioner is an
associate body of the Ministry of Justice the Commissioner reports to
the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice. Each year the
Commissioner lays an Annual Report and Accounts before Parliament.
Copies of these are available on our website.

The Office of Legal Services Complaints Commissioner is an associate
body of the Ministry of Justice (MoJ). As part of its obligations under
the FOIA, the MoJ has an independent review process. If you are
dissatisfied you may write to request an internal review. The internal
review will be carried out by someone who did not make the original
decision, and they will re-assess how the Department handled the
original request.

If you wish to request an internal review, please write or send an email
to the Data Access and Compliance Unit within two months of the date of
this letter, at the following address:

Dear Mr Sterling,

Thank you for your e-mail of 28 October.

As I explained in my e-mail of 28 October, the Office of the Legal
Services Complaints Commissioner is an associate body of the Ministry of
Justice. The Commissioner reports to the Lord Chancellor and Secretary
of State for Justice and has a duty to Parliament to deliver an Annual
Report and Accounts each year.

The Commissioner does not investigate individual complaints, but works
with the Law Society on behalf of consumers to help them reach service
standards that consumers could reasonably expect.

The Commissioner

- identifies performance targets that will steer the Law Society to
deliver an effective and efficient service
- discusses with the Law Society how to achieve these performance levels

- makes recommendations to improve the Law Society's performance
- monitors the Law Society's performance to measure the level of
improvement made.

I hope this is helpful,
