Dear Sir/Madam,

I request under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000 the following
and would be grateful for any response.

a) The sum in total, if any, spent on maps, map procurement,
processing and distribution on-line and in paper form during either
financial or calendar year 2006;

b) the proportion or absolute amount, if any, of the sum (a) spent
on licenses or other fees to Ordnance Survey;

c) the proportion or absolute amount, if any, of the sum (a) which
was paid for by council tax;

d) the proportion or absolute amount, if any, of the sum (c) broken
down in to council tax house bands on a per-household basis.

Dear Sir or Madam,

You have yet to reply to my request dated July 5 2008, made under
the Freedom of Information Act, for details of any sums you have
paid to Ordnance Survey. The Act grants you a period of 20 working
days to respond to FOI requests, and you are breaking the law by
not replying.

Dear Mr Martin,

I do apologise for the delay with responding to your request for information. Initially, we had difficulties locating the holder of the information. It was later established that the information might be held by the Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA). We requested that information from them and are still waiting for a response. I will follow this up today and get back to you as soon as possible. Once again, I apologise for any inconvenience caused by this delay.
