Please may I have a copy of the policy or guidance on how Conwy
Council go about charging for FOI and EIR requests. Also
information on costs for printing and postage etc if not included
in the policy/guidance above.

Thank you for your e-mail requesting information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. We will now proceed with the request and it is our
intention to have responded by 7/4/2008, if not sooner.

the provisions of the Act i.e. it will not or cannot be given to you and

will be advised if this is the case.

Once the information has been identified the Council may also ask that a
fee
be paid for processing and delivering the information to you. Details of
any
fee to be charged will be notified to you as soon as possible.

To ensure consistency this authority charges for EIR in line with the fees regulations for FOI.

Copying/printing in general is charged at 10p per A4 sheet, postage is charged at actual postage cost. However these disbursements costs are only charged where they amount to £10 or more.
