Dear Rob

Thank you for your request for information under the Freedom of
Information Act.

Please accept my apologies for the delayed response.

Unfortunately the PCT is not able to publish the information you
requested. This is due to the numbers being so small that this could
potentially lead to identification of the individuals concerned, which is
against their right to confidentiality under the Data Protection Act
1998. This would be consistent with Section 40 - part 2 exemption
relating to personal information requested by somebody other than the data
subject. The sample is less than 5 therefore the information does
constitute personal data as an individual may be identified due to the
small numbers involved. Therefore we are applying this exception in
support of our responsibilities to protect personal data under the Data
Protection Act 1998.

If you are unhappy with the outcome or service you have received in
relation to your request and wish to make a complaint or request a review
of our decision, you should contact Helena Corder, Director of Corporate
Services, in the first instance, who will be happy to work through any
issues you may have. Alternatively, you have the right to complain about
this refusal to disclose the information you requested. You should
initially direct your complaint to the PCT as set out below. If you
remain dissatisfied on exhaustion of the PCT's internal review procedure
you have the right to complain to the information Commissioner.
