Could I obtain the number of people who were diagnosed with febrile
neutropenia and the number of deaths due to febrile neutropenia for 2008?

Febrile neutropenia

DEATHS

Deaths recorded in 2008 for agranulocytosis (ICD10 D70, which excludes
ICD10 P61.5 [transient neonatal neutropenia])

Deaths =< 5 (The exact figure cannot be divulged for Information
Governance purposes)

HOSPITAL ADMISSIONS

Hospital admissions is a proxy for the number diagnosed. The number of
inpatient spells in 2008 for ICD10 D70 for NHS Hounslow responsible
patients was sourced from Dr Foster.

Hospital admissions = 67
