Dear Mr. Clark
I do not understand why you are sending me a request for an internal
review for a request we have never received from you. Perhaps you could
clarify this for me?
I have checked back on my log and the only request we have received from
you was on the 10th February 2009 and it was fully answered within the
20 day deadline. I have copied the request and the answer below for your
information.
Could I get the number of people who received any chemotherapy
in
2008.
You requested the number of people receiving Chemotherapy during
2008.
The number of individual patients is 553, but the number of
(inpatient/day case) episodes is 2,816 as obviously one patient comes
in a number of times for the delivery of their Chemotherapy
If there should have been another part to the request which we did not
received we would be happy to process that now. Pleasew could you let me
know?
Your sincerely
Gillian Alloway
