Dear Rob,
Sorry for the delay in replying to your FOI request. However, my
colleague that deals with this sort of request has asked is she may direct
you to the website address below. So that you may go through and pick out
what codes you are interested in . This will help her to make sure that
she supplies exactly what you need.
When she knows this she can request data that tells us the number of
inpatients with a diagnosis, and the number of deaths with that diagnosis.
it will take a couple of days, so please may we request a bit more time to
get the correct answer for you.
Also we can find out which hospitals you are interested in. Please could
you state which hospitals details you require.
Your help in this matter is much appreciated.
