Hi Rob

Can you provide us with clearer definition of what you are looking for, then we could easily provide the information required. I have attached a list of close matches, but we require some clinical judgement as to whether or not these codes would be relevant.

Please can you response to this by Friday 13th or else I will assume that you no longer require this information
