Dear Rob,

Re: Request for information under the Freedom of Information Act -
Ref.08/166

I have received the following response from Mr Laurence Gibson, Senior
Epidemiologist in PH:

There were no recorded deaths or hospital admissions listing Febrile
Neutropenia as a primary diagnosis in 2008 for the Wandsworth PCT
responsible population.

I hope this answers your query.

In the event that you are dissatisfied with the outcome to your request

received will give rise to a full reconsideration of the handling of the
case as well as the final decision.
