Feasibility Study in to the introduction of Basic Disclosure Certificates
Christopher Stacey LL.B, LL.M made this Freedom of Information request to Criminal Records Bureau
Criminal Records Bureau did not have the information requested.
From: Christopher Stacey LL.B, LL.M
3 March 2009
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information
Act.
In a recent email to a colleague of mine, Ms Nanette Evens, of the
Criminal Records Bureau, stated that a feasibility study had been
completed which looked at the introduction of Basic Disclosure
Certificates.
Ms Evans suggested that to obtain a copy of this study, a Freedom
of Information request would need to be submitted. I would
therefore appreciate this information as soon as possible.
Since the feasibility study has already been completed, I would not
expect any delay to be involved in order to provide this
information.
Yours faithfully,
Christopher Stacey LL.B, LL.M
