Request under The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002
I refer to your recent request asking that certain information be provided to you, namely:
Information attaining to the statistics regarding failure to pay council tax in the Glasgow area. Categorised into post code area and also specific council tax bands.
I confirm the Council holds some of the information that you are requesting. The Council is treating your request as a request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) 2002 Act.
I have attached a spreadsheet containing the information requested.
Please note that the information provided in response to your request is, unless otherwise indicated, copyright @ Glasgow City Council 2006. It is supplied to you in terms of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. Any further use by you of the information must comply with the terms of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended and/or the Copyright and rights in Databases Regulations 1997.
