Please advise the name of the external firm of solicitors,being
used by the Council, to negotiate and produce the contract in
relation to the PCT/ sale or lease of the greenbelt land, k/a 'The
Warrens', at Thingwall.

Dear Sir or Madam,
The response to my F.O.I request to the Council, re. the name of
external solrs. used by Council, (Warrens 'conditional
contract/lease'), was due no later than 9th June. The Council is
now well overdue with this information and is breaking the Law.
Recently, the Information Commissioner has been critical of Wirral
Council for 'lateness'. Failure to disclose this specific
information will initiate a further complaint to I.C. if not
available and sent, very quickly, within next 48 hours. Thank you.
