Dear Sir or Madam,
I have often been told that I live in a free society.
I would therefore like to know under the Freedom of information act
the following:
What freedoms am I at liberty to exercise without let or hindrance
and to which no police or government official can oblige me to
desist from exercising?
Yours faithfully,
J.Rice

Dear Fiona,
I find it interesting that my simple request:
"What freedoms am I at liberty to exercise without let or hindrance
and to which no police or government official can oblige me to
desist from exercising?
is proving so difficult to answer. I look forward to your
departments considered response as this will I trust detail the
extent of our freedoms.
Yours sincerely,
Salem, Fiona

Dear Sir or Madam,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am disappointed in your Ministry’s failure to respond to my
earlier enquiry regarding the freedoms I can exercise as a citizen
of the UK.
Surely one only needs to check what freedoms remain from The
Universal Declaration of Human Rights See
http://www.un.org/Overview/rights.html for citizens to exercise
within the UK with respect to anti terrorism and other freedom
limiting legislation.
I am beginning to suspect that your Ministry’s inability to answer
this query particularly in light of recent anti terrorism activity
within the House of Commons is because Citizens of the UK have no
freedoms left to exercise!
I am writing to request an internal review of Ministry of Justice's
handling of my FOI request 'Extent of Individual Freedom'.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:

Yours sincerely,

I am investigating your complaint concerning our handling of your
earlier request for an internal review but I am having difficulties
identifying your earlier request without a reference number or exactly
what was your request. I would be very appreciative if you could either
provide our reference number or an exact description of what you
requested to help me identify what you would like me to review.
Until I can locate your original request I will not be in a position to
