Extension of FoI coverage

Stephen Wynn made this Freedom of Information request to Ministry of Justice

The request was successful.

From: Stephen Wynn

23 September 2008

Dear Sir or Madam,

Why has there not been a government response or summary of the
views expressed in the responses to the consultation paper: Freedom
of Information Act 2000: Designation of additional public
authorities [CP 27/07].

www.justice.gov.uk/publications/cp2707.htm

published 25th October 2007. The close date for the responses was
1st February 2008 - that is eight months ago.

I would like to make a Freedom of Information request to see these
responses.

Yours faithfully,

Stephen Wynn

Dear Goburdhun, Kavita,

Thank you for your e-mail of 2nd October. You said:

"The Government does intend to publish a formal response to the
consultation, including a summary of the responses received, later
this year."

Has this been published yet? I cannot see it on your website:

Yours sincerely,
