Please can you supply itemised details of all the expenses incurred
and allowances paid to the Chair of the Cleveland Police Authority
for the years 2006, 2007 and 2008?

Details should include the full date when the expense and/or
allowance incurred, a description/reason for the expense and/or
allowance and the business circumstances for the expense and/or
allowance.

Your response should be in the form of a reply by email, with the
copy document(s) attached in any standard digital format.

In response to your question above the Chairman receives an annual
allowance paid monthly which is subject to the same annual percentage
increase as police staff receive:-

2006/07 -L-19,940

2007/08 -L-20,538

2008/09 -L-21,051

Please also find attached details of his monthly mileage claims for the
same period.

Dear Mr Chapman,

Further to your request of 12^th June 2009, it has come to my attention
that the information previously provided in relation to the mileage
payments for Mr Mcluckie is incorrect. I have attached for your
information a direct copy extracted from our finance system for 2008/09 re
Mr Mcluckie's mileage and will forward the information for 2006/07 and
2007/08 at the earliest opportunity.

I apologise for any inconvenience caused and would be happy to meet with
you if this would be helpful.
