Expenses - According to your Constitution

Dear Sir or Madam,

According to pages 221 - 223 of your constitution it clearly states
the allowances that the elected members of the council are entitled
to. Can you confirm if this has been adhered to in all cases.

Please provide all members expenses since the Conservative
Administration took over in 2005 in relation to:

- Breakfast, lunch and dinner expenses in comparison to the figures
in the constitution

- Accommodation expenses- in relation the details in the
constitution

- Travelling expenses, mileage rates, details of first class travel
for all elected members on timescales above

- All The Leader of the council; Jim Harker's expenses between 2005
- present (End October 2009)

- Who is responsible for the signing off of these expense claims?
what happens to incorrect claims?
