information regarding the Labour MSP Cathy Jamieson's expenses from 1999
to the present

date. Your request is being handled in accordance with the Freedom of
Information (Scotland) Act 2002. It is not clear from your request
precisely what information you are looking

for and to enable us to respond we would be grateful if you could confirm
whether it is expenditure totals under the different allowance headings,
copies of claims or all documents

held that relate to Ms Jamieson claims that you are seeking.
The statutory 20 working day period for reply will begin once we have
received sufficient clarification from you to reply to your request.

I refer to your request for information received on 4th August for all
information regarding the Labour MSP Cathy Jamieson's expenses from 1999
to the present date and to my subsequent email of 8th August seeking
clarification in relation to the exact nature of the information requested
.

To date we have not received a response and I am now writing to advise
that if we do not receive clarification by 18th September we will assume
that you no longer wish to pursue this Freedom of Information Request.
