Dear Ms Hollands,
Thank you once again for your speedy response.
I do believe that the NDA hold this information, albeit not in a
single place.
To make your life a little easier, could I suggest that you contact
your finance/accounts department and ask them for a copy of the
aged creditors report and creditors payment history, which would
answer my enquiry. This would be readily available on your
accounting system.
With regard to the specific services they are providing, a copy of
either their contract, terms of engagement or engagement letter
would address this issue. This would likely be available from the
department responsible for purchasing.
I am happy to consolidate the information if it came to me as a
series of separate documents covering each consultant.
Thank you for your attention to this request and I look forward to
hearing from you in due course.
Yours sincerely,
Steve Martin

Dear Mr Martin
To make a valid FOI request you need to send me your name and address -
your requests up until now haven't actually been valid as they have been
sent from an anonymous email account. Also I believed that we had
complied with your request. However, you do not appear to agree, so
please clarify what information you require. You can request a format
e.g. electronic or hard copy, but you cannot specify that we compile a
bespoke response. I will endeavour to satisfy your enquiry, but be aware
that potentially you are asking for commercially sensitive information
which we may be required to withhold.
