M Bimmler made this Freedom of Information request to Her Majesty’s Treasury
Her Majesty’s Treasury did not have the information requested.
From: M Bimmler
26 February 2009
Dear Sir or Madam,
I refer in the following request to the uncorrected transcript,
available at
http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa...,
of Ian Pearson's evidence to the House of Commons Select Committee
on Public Administration, given on Wednesday, February 11th 2009.
I would like to request all records your department holds on the
way in which Mr Pearson answered questions Q154 to Q157 inclusive.
For clarification purposes, I am especially interested in but do
not limit my request to whether there has been a discussion between
Mr Pearson and other ministers or civil servants ("debriefing")
in the aftermath of this slightly heated exchange with a member of
the committee and whether any records of such exchange exist. If
they do, I request a copy.
Yours faithfully,
Michael Bimmler
