eviction of family in leeds

Dear Sir or Madam
Having had numerous responces to FOI requests about the MoD/DHE not
evicting families from their homes inorder to sell them to
Annington Homes LTD, may i refer you to the case heard in the high
court in March where infact the MoD/DHE did seek possession and
evict a family from their home of 20 years in the leeds area. I
also understand that one family member is infact disabled. The MoD
said they need the property, but infact the intention is to sell is
it not? i am wanting an answer and a responce to all of the above
as a matter of public interest.
