This is with regard to a company called SET for Europe Limited
(dissolved 5 February 2008, company number 03873986), also trading
as SET for Britain, apparently run by Dr Eric Wharton. Could you
please provide:

1 A list of events held on House of Commons premises by SET for
Europe Limited or Dr Eric Wharton since 1997.

2 The agreement, between the House of Commons and SET for Europe
Limited, for the most recent of such events, allowing that company
to hold such an event on House of Commons premises.

You asked for a list of events held on House of Commons premises by SET
for Europe (also trading as SET for Britain) or Dr Eric Wharton since
1997. The House's record of such events is held in the form of a
Banquetting Diary Summary which records information back to 2003 - no
information is held for earlier periods. The Summary shows several
events held in the name of SET for Britain - these are detailed on the
above attachment.

You also asked for a copy of the agreement between the House of Commons
and the above company that allows it to hold such events. There is no
agreement between the organisation and the House of Commons. However,
the terms of conditions for event sponsorship are attached as follows:
