Dear King's Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council,
As you are aware there is an outstanding FOI request sent to your department and visible to the pubilc at http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/ev...
By law you should have responded promptly and at the latest by 27 June 2013. Please advise me of the reasons for your failure to comply so far and confirm that you have recieved both the request and this reminder.
Yours faithfully,

Dear Mr Kulkarni
Thank you for your request. Please accept my apologies for the delay in replying.
I attach a spreadsheet which details the use of King's Lynn's car parks individually for the financial year 2012/2013. We do not hold the information in the final four points of your original request. The data is not broken down to provide the relevant details.
I would point out though that we do not have any contracts for the external provision of enforcement.
If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Yours sincerely
Richard Mann
