Dear Sir or Madam,
Could you please supply me with a copy of the FCO paper: "Europe -
the future".
The paper was presented to European Community heads of Government
at the European Council held at Fontainebleau on 25/26 June 1984.
I believe it was edited by Julian Bullard with input from Robin
Renwick, Michael Butler and David Williamson.
